Established in 2014, Fort Lauderdale’s oldest distillery started making high ester rum out of a counter-top 13-gallon stainless steel still. That small still created Fort Lauderdale’s first legal Rum, FWAYGO. With such a small industry in South Florida they saw the need for a craft spirits incubator, a place where they could turn spirit dreams into reality.
