PostModern Distilling is locally owned and operated by four diverse and passionate individuals. We came together in the Fall of 2016 with a goal to shake things up and put Knoxville, TN on the spirits’ world map. Our doors opened in August of 2017 with our original lineup of spirits: Kore Vodka, Giniferous Gin, Empirical Gin, Chamomile Liqueur and Elderberry Gin Liqueur. Since then we’ve continued to innovate and push boundaries with our various amari to our unique Brewers Co:Lab Whiskeys. PostModern Spirits is what PostModern Distilling makes!
